Cj's Garage was built on doing honest work for great clients. The shop was opened in September 2009 to service the vehicles friends, family, and neighbors drove to work, school and errands. We still do repair for regular cars (timing belts, water pumps, brakes, check engine lights, you name it), but now we've turned our main focus toward building cars encompassing the best of everything: fuel injection for reliability, modern suspension for comfort and grip, disc brakes for reliable and confidence-inspiring braking power, and the styling and feel evoked by classic metal. We specialize in doing fuel injections conversions to classic cars. We've done smog legal swaps for the classic cars newer than 1975, and we've done pro-touring cars for the most dedicated drivers. We've also built a number of cars designed around automotive racing events: road course, autocross, time attack and land speed. We've built entire chassis for vehicle designed for a specific task, and we've improved upon original designs to make a vehicle more comfortable to drive. We've replaced entire powertrains and drivetrains, or added to an already good foundation to boost power and reliability. We've designed and installed braking systems from scratch for a vehicle, and we've made existing braking systems better and safer with upgrades and expansion.
